I’m Elizabeth Landau and the Co-Founder of GreenPortfolio, a climate fintech startup focused on helping people understand the climate impact of their money and financial decisions. As a marketer, I get angry when words like “sustainable”, “carbon-free”, and “green” are used to mislead people who are trying to act with climate in mind. I’m interested in calling out greenwashing and using finance as a tool for climate activism.

I love that Pique Action focuses on climate positive stories and is the opposite of doomscrolling. It reminds me of my mission, along with highlighting interesting perspectives. Keeping climate from becoming an overwhelming topic and shifting it into actionable steps is something I also try to focus on in my work at GreenPortfolio.
