  • Anna Richardson

    Former Sustainability Program Director
    GSK

I am an accomplished ESG leader with over 18 years of experience in the pharma/life sciences industry. I followed the ESG thread throughout the corporate value chain including commercial, supply chain, global health, communications, and government affairs, working for GSK, a global FTSE10 company. I facilitated Environmental (carbon & nature across scope 1,2 and 3), Social (DEI, access & equity), and Governance (ethical standards) aspects of the ESG agenda.

Recently I joined HSBC and took on the role of Global Head Supply Chain Sustainability & Diversity, which I am very excited about.

I am recognised for fast delivery of cross-functional business objectives aligned with corporate strategies and ESG objectives, ability to bring clarity to complex situations, and securing buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.

Sustainable business is my passion. I enjoy helping people and organisations to accelerate their ESG journey and achieve ambitious objectives, whilst enabling a sustainable future.

  • Eve Joseph

    Head of Social Impact
    British Triathlon

Eve is responsible for creating and implementing British Triathlon’s social impact strategy focusing on Sustainability and ED&I. Before transitioning to the sports industry, Eve spent 15 years at Microsoft, working on the intersection of business and ESG. Holding roles focusing on both the UK and wider global markets, she has extensive experience bridging the gap from hypothetical strategy desire into real life impactful programmes.

An example of this recently being co-founding the Clean Water Sports Alliance- leading the partnership of seven sports organisations to commit to sharing data, taking action and collaborating to improve the welfare of participants and wildlife across our British Waterways. Driven by authenticity and inclusion, she is excited to use her platform within sport to give a voice to those who don’t always have a seat at the table - which is often nature.

She joined Sweep as a Solutions Engineer in December and now helps customers in their first steps towards purchasing and implementing Sweep’s carbon accounting and ESG reporting platform.

  • Sabrina Pieraccioli

    Partnerships Manager
    Ocean Bottle

Born and raised in a small town near Florence, I'm the sole family member who ventured abroad. Following my curiosity for travel, I initially focused my studies on foreign languages and began my career in sales in the hospitality & events industry. This experience made me realise how much waste we generate just for fun, which led me to pursue an MBA in corporate sustainability. I read numerous case studies and started growing my network step by step, inspired by people who are not afraid to challenge the status quo. I have now been working at Ocean Bottle for almost three years, trying to turn the tide on the plastic crisis and getting other corporations to put their money where their mouth is!
