Dinners in New York never disappoint!
This is especially true when you're meeting 29 new friends over the topic of climate and dining over scrumptious Japanese plant-based food from Beyond Sushi!
Hosts Michelle Li and Stephanie Korbely kicked off the evening with a welcome and guests got a chance to get to know the people at their table. Conversations ranged from carbon removal and different opinions on carbon credits on the chain with input from SALT Climate Tech to celebrating recent climate wins and initiatives at various companies. All The Brilliants shared some interesting info on what to consider when it comes to sustainable jewelry.
