Lara works with green tech entrepreneurs as fractional CMO and consultant, and is a Non-Executive Director at Magna Housing and at Thomas Telford Ltd, the trading arm of the Institution of Civil Engineers, as well as serving on several advisory boards.

She is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience at Microsoft and Salesforce, where she led international marketing, sales and operations teams. Having lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, the USA and now the UK, she is passionate about inclusion, creating opportunities and leveraging technology for good.

Lara has an MBA from the UNC at Chapell Hill. She is also a graduate of the The Prince of Wales's Business & Sustainability Programme at Cambridge and qualified in ESG Investing by the CSA, and is an active speaker, trainer and advocate for sustainability and conservation.
