Jocelyn Wyatt is CEO of Alight, an organization serving displaced people and refugees in more than 20 countries with dignified, human-worthy services. In addition to these services, Alight provides humanitarian assistance and development programs that empower displaced and marginalized communities to build better futures. Key areas of focus include refugee and displacement assistance, education and skill-building, economic empowerment, emergency response and welcoming initiatives.
Jocelyn is a social innovation thought leader and social entrepreneur skilled at building bold and ambitious teams working in complex global environments. She is passionate about the intersection of design and social impact and serves on the boards of Marketplace, Airbnb.org, and IDEO.org, the latter of which she is a founding member.
Prior to Alight, Jocelyn was the co-founder and CEO of IDEO.org, a nonprofit design studio with a mission to design a more just and inclusive world. Jocelyn grew IDEO.org to become a 75-person, global organization with studios in Nairobi, New York, and San Francisco. She has been named a Top 100 Global Thinker by Foreign Policy Magazine and served as an Aspen First Movers Fellow and Program Advisor to the Clinton Global Initiative.
