Asha is a gender expert and social development specialist with a niche focus on climate change and social inclusion. As an international gender and development consultant, Asha's experience working with and for the Caribbean region positions her uniquely at the forefront of climate adaptation and resilience-building efforts. Applying a socio-economic lens to national and regional climate projects, she is practiced in identifying and assessing the unique vulnerabilities of small island developing states. She advocates for the inclusion of small island development states in global climate forums and facilitates representation for the under-represented in policy and grant writing.
